We are pleased to announce that our first shipment of QuickVu Digital is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, December 13, with additional shipments arriving throughout the next few days. This means we will begin shipping to you starting Wednesday, December 14.
With this good news, we must also point out that customer orders have exceeded our current production capacity. We have high confidence of filling orders placed on or before December 4 in time for Christmas. However, with our current shipping schedule, there is some risk that orders placed after December 4 may not arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders placed after December 10 have an extremely low chance of being delivered by Christmas, as was indicated on our website beginning December 10th.
We would like to ask customers who ordered on or before December 10 and who can accept post-Christmas delivery to let us know, so we can prioritize shipments. If you are willing to receive your QuickVu Digital after Christmas, please let us know, and if we end up delaying your shipment, we will refund $20 to you.
