Recently, a customer discovered a new place to install the QuickVu™ Wireless Backup Camera receiver in his pickup truck. Since he is a non-smoker, he simply removed the ashtray and set the receiver in the vacant drawer. He mounted the display just above, behind the gear shift lever. The short cables tuck neatly in the drawer with the receiver, and the cable to the cigarette lighter is out of the way.
There are so many ways to situate the in-cab components that the hardest part of installing the QuickVu™ Wireless Backup Camera system is picking the place you like best! As always, the camera is easily mounted on the license plate, with no holes to drill and no wires to run.
